Both are new shorts, both are "Pull-On French Terry Shorts," and yet they are vastly different in size. I understand that there will be some variation between clothing items, even of the same style, but this difference shouldn't be so significant. They're not shorts, it's pretty much a diaper cover. If that's what you want, go for it. I want to be appropriately informed about my purchase, and Carter's generally fails to list enough details in their listings.
