When i purchased this item, it was listed as a swim dress- not a swim dress cover up. It does not have a bottom, or a swim suit built in. It is also very short and does not cover my daughter’s bottom. I would not recommend this.

Cute and good quality
Happy to find a long-sleeved coverup to go with my daughter's long-sleeved swimsuit! It's super cute and well-made - absorbent but not heavy.
I got a 3T for my almost-2-year-old to get multiple summers out of it. For now we just roll up the sleeves.
