How long does it keep drinks cool for? Does condensation form on the outside of the bottle after a couple hours?

It really depends on the conditions. This is not a double-walled bottle. The silicone sleeve provides some insulation, but not as much as an insulated double-walled bottle. There may be situations where condensation can be formed.

The instructions say to disassemble the bottle before washing. Do I need to remove the insulated sleeve that has the picture on it before washing?

The sleeve with the picture and the strap do not come apart. Disassembling refers to the straw portion.
