Used for two months. Mold all over the back! I’m so frustrated!!! Who knows if my baby’s skin issues are caused by this…?

My mom bought this for me! I've been using it now for 13 months ( my child is still under 25 pounds). It's easy to use and clean! I've never had any issues with mold etc because I clean it after every use! I would say the only thing I didn't like was the sticker in the inside I don't understand why it's placed there and impossible to peel off so the water from so many uses eventually causes the label to start to come apart in the water- now it's completely gone thank goodness . Also my baby was born long and the transition from stage 1 and 2 was a trial and error so I ended up keeping it in stage 1 until he was able to support his head.

my grand daughter is 4.5 months and she has been sliding to bottom of sling since we’ve been using this tub. it was the better item so that’s why i got it but now this is happening

Is the Moby 3 stage bath made of ingredients which do not contain BPA, BPS, Pthalates or other materials that could disrupt hormones in humans?
Skip Hop does not use materials that intentionally adds BPA or phthalates (or PVC materials with phthalates) in any of our products. We test for restricted substances on a regular basis through our quality assurance procedures to assure that our products meet regulatory standards using an independent third party laboratory.

I want to remain standing while bathing my baby. I would like to know if there is a support or a tripod that is compatible with this model of bathtub, so that I don't have to squat. Thanks!
We do not recommend adding parts to this product as there are very specific tests that are performed to ensure the utmost safety of our items. Any modifications could compromise that.

Can I purchase a replacement cloth sling piece for the tub? Mine started to grow mold.

The net insert in my tub broke, one of the yellow clip pieces that snaps in snapped off when trying to remove it to clean. Is it possible to get a replacement for that? My nephew and his wife are now pregnant and i wanted to pass the tub onto them.

Hi, my baby is 7.5kg (16.535 pounds) and 3.5 months old. He does not sit yet and we do not teach him to do so yet. Is it save to change his bath position to second level?
