We had the less expensive/smaller bag but the clasp used to attach to the stroller frayed and despite trying to repair it was evident we should just get the next level bag. Hopefully this bag will be with us until we no longer need it.

The material is so soft and the finishes are really beautiful. She was so excited about all the little accessories that came with it.

I received Style #816523024639 (Suite by Skip-Hop 6 in 1 Diaper Backpack Set) as a gift for my newborn.  On 1st use the main compartment zipper coil broke. The zipper is no longer operable.  I do not have any receipts.  Is it possible to get it replaced
